1. About Iriska

Iriska ("Iriska", "we", "us") operates an online platform at iriska.ai that connects qualified European producers and authorised sellers of premium artisanal food with professional buyers and consumers. Iriska is registered in the Netherlands, with its registered office at Jan Hanzenstraat 165, 1053 SP Amsterdam, and Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 42071022. 2. The role of the platform

Iriska is a technology platform, not a reseller. Sellers list their own products, set their own prices and remain the merchants of record and the contracting party for each sale. Iriska provides discovery, ordering, payment processing, invoicing support and logistics infrastructure. Iriska is not party to the contract of sale between a seller and a buyer, except where expressly stated.

3. Accounts and eligibility

To buy or sell on the platform you must register an account and provide accurate information. Business accounts (producers, distributors and professional buyers) are subject to verification, which may include company registration, VAT status, bank account ownership and, where relevant, food-safety registration. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account.

4. Orders and pricing

Prices and availability are set by sellers and shown on the platform inclusive of any applicable platform fees and exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. Applicable VAT is calculated and displayed at checkout according to the destination and the status of the buyer. An order constitutes an offer to purchase from the relevant seller and is confirmed once accepted and payment is authorised.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through licensed third-party payment service providers. By placing an order you authorise the charge for the order total. Iriska does not store full card details. Where deferred or instalment payment terms are offered to verified business buyers, the specific terms are presented before checkout.

6. Delivery, returns and cancellations

Delivery is arranged via the platform's logistics partners and the seller; estimated timeframes and shipping costs are shown before checkout. As many products are perishable foodstuffs, statutory rights of withdrawal may be limited where goods are perishable or made to order. Issues with damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods should be reported promptly to contact@iriska.ai; refunds or replacements are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and the seller's policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or listing products that are illegal, unsafe or that infringe the rights of others.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Iriska's liability arising from the use of the platform is limited, and Iriska is not liable for the acts or omissions of sellers or buyers in relation to the contract of sale between them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
